The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says sheriff's deputies used a taser after a suspect would not cooperate during a traffic stop, refusing to get out of his vehicle. The TBI says the suspect then began shooting, killing one deputy and injuring another. A reward for the suspect's arrest is now at $80,000. NBC's Kathy Park reports.
