North Korea is ramping up its military support for Russia as the war in Ukraine rages on. According to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pyongyang has deployed at least 3,000 more soldiers to Russia in early 2025, adding to the 11,000 troops already sent since the conflict began.
