On the occasion of the International Day in Support of Torture Victims on 26 June, the Subcommittee on Human Rigts (DROI) holds an exchange of views with Mauro PALMA, President of the Council of Europe Committee for the Prevention of Torture, and Brita SYDHOFF, Secretary General of the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims (IRCT), in the European Parliament in Brussels.
